May to July 01 Birthdays
Once again I had someone's present waiting at Karen's house. Phil really likes Karen's boys so we thought it would be fun to bring his cake down to their house. The kids had fun and Karen and I had a nice visit. Her kids are the blondies. LOL. We had a combined birthday for Chloë and Margo because their birthdays are just 3 weeks apart and they always have the same friend over. They each picked an activity. Margo picked a movie and Chloë pick eating at a chinese buffet. I made them the cakes they wanted. Margo wanted a yellow cake mix cake. At first I got upset as we never use mixes but then I thought its what she wanted and its less work LOL. Chloë wanted a Black Forest cake. Jamie's birthday is just 5 days after Chloë's. He wanted to have his birthday at the beach but the weather wouldn't cooperate fast enough for him LOL. We were going to visit our friends the Krause's and offered him to have it there. He said sure. He wanted a "dinosaur" cake. Not really sure what he meant but he liked his cake. We did end up going to the beach a few days later.
