Apple Pie


Crust:

Mix:
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp soda

Add:
1/2 cup margarine

Mix and add:
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs vinegar

Roll out crust and line 10 inch pie pan (colored glass one)

Filling

Peel and slice:
6 large apples

Mix then combine with apples:
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbs flour

Place apple mix in prepared shell

Topping

Mix:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine

Sprinkle topping over apple mix

Bake for 55 min @ 350º
