Apple Spice Cake

Mix:
4 cups flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Blend:
3 eggs
1 cup applesauce (or oil)
2/3 cup juice
2 tsp vanilla

Mix both together and fold in:
3 cups chopped apple

Pour into 11 x 15" pan

Grind:
1/4 cup peacans
1/4 cup brown sugar

Sprinkle half the cake with pecan mix and other half with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Bake 45 min at 350ºF
