Banana Banana Bread

We call this Kmom's Banana Banana Bread. She made it for us while we were visiting. I liked it much better than my old recipe.

Beat:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs  
24 oz overripe bananas  (4 2/3 cups)

Mix:
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix flour into bananas, stir just to moisten.

Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 50 min at 350ºF
