Beef and Barley Soup


Pressure cook for 10 min:
2 litres water
3/4 cup barley

Sauté until light brown in a large pot:
3 medium onions

Add:
1 litre water
cooked barely with water
3/8 cup beef stock powder

Melt:
1/8 cup margarine

Add and cook in microwave 1 min:
1/4 cup flour

Wisk in gradually:
1 cup water

Add to pot and boil.  Add diced beef.
