Beef Pot Pie
Fill a 10" pie pan (colored one) with bite sized pieces from a left over pot roast and set aside.
Melt:
2 oz marg
Add and microwave 1 min:
1/4 flour
Add slowly while stirring:
2 cups warmed milk
Microwave till boiled stirring every minute.
Add:
1 Tbs beef stock powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp all-spice
Pour cream sauce over pot roast pieces, using as much as will fit.
Cover with 1 pie dough ball rolled out into a round that fits.
Bake for 40 min @ 350º
