Preheat oven to 400ºF
Place roast in glass 8x8 (seems to work best for drippings).
Turn oven down to 350ºF.
Cook roast to 145°F to 150°F for medium.
(about 90 min for a 3 lbs sirloin tip roast)
Turn up oven to 425ºF
Mix in 2 cup measuring cup:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
Put drippings in greased mini muffin pan and heat till hot. Pour in batter and bake 10 min at 425ºF
