Blueberry Monkey Bread

Blueberry Monkey BreadMelt:
1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries

Mix in small bowl:
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Cut a loaf's worth of bread dough into 40 pieces (I actually used left over pizza dough for the pictured one). Leave dough pieces with cut edges so they will be stickier. Toss each piece in sugar mixture. Place about 10 pieces in well greased 10 x 4" tube pan. Cover with 1/4 of the melted blueberries. Repeat with remaining dough and blueberries.

Mix:
4 oz margarine, melted
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Any left over sugar/spice mixture

Pour over dough pieces. Let rise 50 min.

Bake at 350ºF for 35 min.
