Cannelloni
500 gr cottage cheese 1 egg 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 75 gr grated mozzarella 1/4 cup cream sauce 1/8 tsp nutmeg cooked spinach To assemble put 1/3 of the tomato sauce in a 9x13" pan. Place filling in medium freezer bag. Cut a hole in a corner that is slightly smaller than an oven ready cannelloni. Fill 24 noodles. Place them on the tomato sauce in 3 rows of 8. Cover with remaining cream sauce and then cover with remaining tomato sauce.
Bake at 350º for 50 min. |
