Cherry Pie

Mix:
1 1/2  cups sugar
3/8 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt

Mix in:
500 g sour cherries (thawed)

Line a 10" pie pan (colored glass) with pie dough. Pour in cherries. Cover with pie dough or use a crumb topping. Pie isn't large but tends to leak easily.

Crumb topping:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup flour  
pinch salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine

Bake about 60 min @ 350ºF. Center will rise when cherries are set. Crust should be lightly browned.
