Chocolate Fudge

Boil in large sauce pan:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk

Boil until 245ºF. Remove from heat and let cool a bit, still hot but not
dangerous.

Add:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Beat until cool. Spread on a greased plate.
