Corn Chowder
Boil:
2 cups water
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 potato, diced
Boil about 10 min or until potato is soft.
Add 12 oz canned, frozen or fresh cooked corn.
Melt in microwave:
1 oz margarine
Add and microwave for 1 min or until bubbly:
2 Tbs flour
Whisk in:
2 cups milk
Microwave until boiled stirring every minute
Add to potato mixture. Heat soup but don't boil.
