I usually make 6 buns and freeze 3.
Garlic Bread


Buns  (for 6 buns)

Place in order in bread bowl:
1 cup water
1 tsp yeast
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs oil
1 Tbs skim milk powder

Mix and knead like regular bread dough. Let rise 75 min. Deflate. Divide dough into 6. Shape dough into logs that fit on a 13x18" pan. Let rise an hour and bake 25 min at 375ºF.

Garlic Butter (for 3 buns)

Mix:
4 oz margarine
1 large clove garlic put through press or 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt unless margarine is salty

Slice 3 buns length wise. Spread on margarine.

Sprinkle with:
3 Tbs parmesan

Bake at 500ºF for 3 min then broil for 1 min (or bake at 350ºF till browned).
