Ginger Snaps
Beat:
2 cup sugar
6 oz margarine
Add and beat:
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp vinegar
In another bowl mix:
4 1/2 cup flour
1/2 Tbs soda
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
Mix flour into egg mixture.
Roll into 128 balls. Keep dividing dough into halves to eventually make 128 pieces. Place balls without flattening on 13x18" pans putting 7 across and 6 down. Yes, there will be 2 balls left over but I'm sure that won't be a problem.
Bake 10 min at 350ºF.
