We used this cake to make the Large Flat cake recipe so we don't eat it plain anymore. The pineapple upside down cake is popular even if we keep it upright lol.
Hurry Up Cake

Place all in one bowl:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk (or pineapple juice)
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1/2 Tbs vanilla
1 Tbs baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 9x13"

Bake at 350ºF for 45 min.

Pineapple Upside down Cake

Place in a greased 9x13":
3 oz melted margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple pieces

Cover with batter above using pineapple juice.

Bake at 350ºF for 50 min.

Raisin Pudding Cake

Place in a greased 9x13":
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup raisin

Cover with batter above.

Bake at 350ºF for 50 min.
