Lemon Cupcakes

Mix in large plastic bowl:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking pwd
1 tsp salt

Beat in medium plastic bowl:
6 eggs
6 oz oil
2 1/4 cups sugar
2 grated lemon rind

Mix in:
3/4 cup milk
1/2 Tbsp vanilla

Add egg mixture to the flour

Bake 27min at 350ºF. Makes 24 large cupcakes

Mix in cereal bowl. Heat in microwave till clear.
Juice from 2 lemons
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar

Brush on top cakes that were poked with a fork.
