Monster Cookies

Beat until light and fluffy:
3/4 cup canola oil  
1 cup brown sugar   
1 cup  granulated sugar  
3 eggs  
2 tsp vanilla   

Mix:
2 1/2 cups flour   
1 1/2 tsp salt   
2 tsp baking soda

Add flour mixture to egg mixture.

Fold in:
1 1/2 cups oatmeal  
1 cup candy coated chocolate pieces  
1 cup chocolate chips   
1/2 cup chopped pecans  

Drop by spoonfuls. Makes 2 pans (13x18") of 12 cookies each.

Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes or until golden brown
