Nanaimo Bars


Melt:
3 oz margarine

Mix in:
1/4 cup sugar
5 Tbs cocoa
1 egg beaten

Heat until thick.

Add:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
1 cup coconut
Press firmly into an ungreased 8" x 8" pan.


Beat until light:
2 oz margarine
3 Tbs cream
2 Tbs vanilla pudding powder
2 cups icing sugar

Spread over bottom layer.

Melt:
2 (45gr) Hersey milk chocolate bar.
1 oz margarine

Spread over 2nd layer. Chill in refrigerator.
