Orange Cream Pie

Mix
1 (85 gr) packet orange flavor gelatin  
1  cup boiling water

Add  
1/2  cup cold water  
1/2  cup frozen orange juice concentrate  
1  tsp lemon juice  

Cool until slightly firm.

Whip  
1/2  cup whipping cream  
1 1/2  Tbs sugar

Wisk whipped cream into gelatin and pour into  a prepared pie shell. Cool until firm.

Whip  
1/2  cup whipping cream  
1 1/2  Tbs sugar

Spread on top of pie. Garnish with thin slices of orange.
