Peach Pie

Mix:
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt

Add and mix:
1.1 litres peach slices (about 12 small peaches)
1 tablepoon lemon juice

Bake in 10" pie plate (colored glass) use 1/4 recipe pie dough for bottom and 1/6 for top.

Bake 60 min at 350ºF
