Peanut Butter Fudge

Place in a bowl:
1 cup creamy peanut butter

In a sauce pan boil:
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup water

Boil for exactly one minute. Pour over peanut butter. Mix a bit.

Add and mix well:
1/4 tsp vanilla

Let cool on a lightly greased plate
