Pita Souvlaki


Tzatziki:

Mix:
250 gr yogurt
250 gr sour cream
1/2 a cucumber grated
2 garlic cloves put through a press
1/2 Tbs salt

Brochettes:

Blend:
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 crushed bay leaves
4 garlic cloves chopped

Cut 2 lbs chicken breast into 1 1/2" cubes. Add marinade. Let marinate an hour or longer. Cook over medium-high heat basting with left over marinade.

Place meat in pita, cover with tzatziki, add sweet onions and tomatoes.
