We usually make 3 pizzas but usually not the same 3. The sauce freezes very well.
Pizza - Pepperoni


Greek PizzaDough (for 3 pizzas)

Place in order in bread bowl:
2 cups water
2 tsp yeast
5.5 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs oil
2 Tbs skim milk powder

Mix and knead like regular bread dough. Let rise 75 min. Deflate. Divide dough into 3. Spread dough on three 15" pizza pans.

Sauce (for 3 pizzas)
Fry:
1 Tbs oil
1 diced onion

Add and simmer 10 min:
1 can (28oz) of diced tomatoes
1 can (5.5oz) of paste
1 Tbs ground Italian

Toppings (for 1 pizza)

250 gr of pepperoni
200 gr mozzarella
1/4 small green pepper thinly sliced

Spread sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, then the green pepper.

Bake at 475º. For 1 pizza bake on lowest rack for 8 min then rotate and bake 7 more. For 2 pizzas use lowest and highest racks. Bake for 8 min then rotate and bake 9 more.
