Pumpkin Pie
Mix:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
14 oz pure pumpkin (freeze other half)
1/2 can evaporated milk (freeze other half)
Pour into an unbaked 10" (colored glass) pie shell
Bake 50 min at 350ºF
