Raspberry Pie


Mix:
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 Tbs tapioca
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt

Add and mix:
4 cups raspberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Line a 10" pie pan (colored glass) with pie dough. Pour in raspberries.

Dot with:
4 tsp butter

Cover with pie dough or use a crumb topping. Pie isn't large but tends to leak easily.

Bake at 350ºF for 60 min.
