We eat this for breakfast.
Rice Pudding
Bring to a boil:
3 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups brown rice
Stir, turn heat to low, and cover. Cook 45 min
Blend:
4 eggs
1 1/2 Tbs vanilla
3 cups milk
2/3 cup sugar
3 Tbs cornstarch
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
Pour into a pot.
Add:
1/2 cup raisins
Bring to a boil while stirring. Mix in rice.
