Sticky Buns

Place in order in bread bowl:
3 1/3 cups water
1 Tbs yeast
9 cups flour
1 Tbs salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
3 Tbs skim milk powder

Mix and knead like regular bread dough. Let rise 75 min. Deflate. Divide dough into 3. Roll a piece into a 13x20" rectangle.

Chocolate
3 oz margarine
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Spread margarine on dough and on a glass 9x13". Sift cocoa and sugar together. Using a sieve sprinkle dough evenly with cocoa/sugar mix. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly. Roll up dough. Cut dough into 15 equal parts. Place rolls in prepared pan. Wrap with plastic bag. Let rise for an hour then bake at 350ºF for 28 min. If rising overnight let rise 45 min then place in fridge. Bake at 325ºF for 40 min. Rotate pans at 20 then 30 min.

Pecan
3 oz butter (only time I bake with butter)
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
1/2 Tbs vanilla (mix into sugar)
1/4 cup broken pecans
15 pecan halves (place under buns)

Raisin
3 oz margarine
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (mix into sugar)
1/3 cup raisins
