Strawberry Rhubarb Pie


Place in bowl:
2 cups  diced rhubarb
2 cups  strawberries (thawed if frozen)

Mix:
1 1/4  cups  sugar
3/8 cup flour
1/4  teaspoon  salt

Add sugar mixture to fruit and mix. Bake in 10" pie plate (colored glass) use 1/4 recipe Pie Dough for bottom and 1/6 for top.

Bake 60 min at 350ºF
